Hope School is Awarded the Dollar General Literacy Foundation Grant

Hope School Receives $4000.00 in Grant money from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to create a Hope School Media Center!  The funds will bring in computers systems, auditory books base on core curriculum, wireless listening systems, visual center to watch educational items, and much much more. The auditory books are the focus of the grant.  Start-to-Finish books were purchased that will meet the needs of all students.  These packages contain the book, a cassette of the book and a CD of the book with visual interactive reading and test for the computer.  Activities and lessons are on the CD help the teacher teach the vocabulary of each book. Hope staff and students are very happy about this wonderful opportunity!  Thanks Dollar General!
